Please follow the following Barrington Chase POA guidelines for hosting Garage Sales in our community:

• Frequency limits: residents are allowed 1 - 2 per household per year.
• Timing: sales are allowed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) during these hours (7:00 AM - 1:00 PM).  Barrington Chase does not have off street parking; therefore these events can impact resident/emergency vehicle traffic flow.  The Garage Sale “Host” is responsible for asking the patrons to park on one side of the street to ensure one lane is open for residents and emergency vehicles.
• Permitted Items: used household goods are allowed.  Commercial inventory or resale items are not allowed.
•  Signage rules: please do not put up any signs on the common property of the entrance gate.  You can put up signs across Austin Bridge Rd. on the public roadside.  Remember, you are responsible for removing these signs within 24 hours of the sale.
