The $100.00 increase of yearly assessment/dues was amended during the annual 2025 BC POA meeting (reference meeting minutes located on the BC POC Documents tab). Also, mailed to homeowners on June 14, 2025.

Going forward, the Barrington Chase POA Property Owner's assessment/dues are now $200.00 per year.

Assessment/dues Due Date: July 1, 2026.  This covers the period from July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027.  Per the covenants, delinquent (late) assessment/dues are subject to a late fee of $20.00.  Assessment/dues are considered delinquent (late) after July 31, 2026
